Limited Lifetime Warranty

2-year Workmanship Warranty

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser of our cultured marble products and not to subsequent owners, transferees or users other than the first purchasers.

This warranty shall apply to our cultured marble wall panels, shower bases, and vanity tops installed and used only for

personal, family or household purposes and which are installed by Marble Makeover and maintained in accordance with Marble Makeover’s recommended maintenance procedures. This warranty does not extend to defects or damage caused, in whole or in part, by any unauthorized or unreasonable use or mishandling. This warranty does not extend to defects or damage caused by the following:

• Accidents, Negligence or Abuse.
• Any repair performed by anyone other than MM.
• Any product moved or relocated from original point of installation.
• The separation or breakage of any silicone caulked seam. It is recommended that homeowners routinely inspect joints for visible signs of separation or shrinkage.
• Any product that has not been paid for in full.

MARBLE MAKEOVER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY ANY DEFECT IN THE CULTURED MARBLE WALL PANELS, SHOWER BASES OR VANITY TOPS. NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,

SHALL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Workmanship Warranty:

Installation services performed by Marble Makeover such as setting and attaching the countertop, sills, showers and other cultured marble surfaces, including silicone in seams or where the cultured marble meets another surface are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of installation or in the case of new construction, 2 years from the date of first occupancy.

In the event of a defect in the material or the workmanship with respect to the wall panels, bases, and vanity tops

during the warranty period, Marble Makeover shall repair or replace defective material as Marble Makeover, in its sole

and absolute discretion, determines. However, Marble Makeover shall not be liable for costs and expenses of removal or reinstallation of their cultured marble products after 2 years.

Only Marble Makeover is authorized to perform its warranty obligations.
